When customers or clients are impressed with your services, you will usually see them try to get back to you for more business. Even when they may know that there are similar services elsewhere, they would come specifically to you because they feel you deserve to have their honor of buying. They should be able to feel that the way you are treating them, you actually need them. So, they will want to be part of you.
