It has always been a source of difficulty, storing data and files. At the time of my parents, they do this task manually. Now, since I am a part of a more high-tech generation, I am planning to make some changes.

We started it in the main office and two sub-stations. We bought the latest HP Storage product available in the market at the time. As a result, the job was indeed made easier, and the storing of files is more neat and efficient. Human error was decreased. We were also able to cut on some company expenses. We no longer need to buy numerous file cabinets and folders and pay employees who are specifically tasked to do the filing. It was a life-changer.

However, since technology is as constant as change, some of branches are now using a more up-to-date storage facility. They are actually presently using HP BladeSystem storage blades HP NAS or the HP Network Attached Storage. I am just hoping that we will indeed reap the benefits of these investments in the near future.
