I work as a secretary of a restaurant manager. Although I don’t have to do anything besides follow him the whole day and take down notes on my laptop, I still enjoy what I am doing. I am able to go to different places because of him. I can even go to other countries if he has a business trip and I needed to be with him. However, the only problem is that he hasn’t changed my laptop until now. And it was so out of the trend!

By selling silver, I was able to buy my new Apple laptop. Even though the money I got from the silver was not enough, I just added some of my cash so I can buy the laptop. My boss was shocked that I am giving back his old laptop and showed him my laptop. He said, “Why didn’t you tell me you need a new one?” I just laughed at him.

It was my first time to sell old coins. I got paid like only half of my expectation. In short, I was upset. I didn’t regret though because I badly needed instant cash at that time. Also, I had no idea on where to sell it. I was ripped off the second time I sold coins. A friend bought it in a higher value. Then again, it’s just 1/4^th of the original value of the coins. I knew that vintage stuffs have greater value; it’s just that, I was not able to find the right buyer. In short, they got me trapped and swindled.

I was curious on the real worth of the old coins. Thus, I explore the internet and confirmed that old coins have greater worth. It was a very hard thing to do, but I know that I made the right decision. I asked a friend to help me sell wedding ring and it was sold a few days ago. It has been a year since my husband died and I am having trouble in making ends meet. My oldest son is doing his best to find a job to help our family and I know that it’s not going to be easy.

My mom used to sell scrap jewelry to make ends meet. Being a single mom is obviously full of hardship and responsibilities. I still have to take care of my little sister as well. She’s still five years old and content on following my mom wherever she goes. Everything happens for a reason, I’m just glad that were not experiencing any problems lately. My mom is thinking of selling one of her diamond rings, so that she could open a small business to help our family with our financial needs. I don’t know why, but I’m sure that she’ll be successful with her choice. Call it a kid’s intuition; yeah we have that one too.
